The Fahren Kingdom is the largest kingdom on the continent.
Together with his childhood friend Lyrica and Sere, a young boy there named Light trained swordsmanship under his father, a former knight.
Lyrica and Light became conscious of each other and vowed a promise of engagement. Sere declared herself as Light’s concubine.
Having a concubine required being a knight, so Light worked himself to the bone in order to become one.
Once he turned 16, the three headed to the kingdom’s cathedral in order to receive a “Gift”, something which everyone possessed. Lyrica received “Demon Blade” and Sere received “Lightning Slice”, which were of the “Five Great Sword Blessings”.
On the other hand, Light received a cryptic power labeled “???”
While Light was puzzled about it, a boy and two girls appeared.
“Are you the girls of my destiny?”
One of them was the “Hero Reiji” and another was the “Hero Rin”, heroes from another world.
In order to defeat the Demon Lord, they were finding girls who had one of the “Five Great Sword Blessings”.
It was all in order to defeat the “Demon Lord of Blades”.
Lyrica and Sere went with the hero in order to defeat the Demon Lord of Blades with the power of the hero and five swords.
One year then passed. Lyrica and the others came back as wives of the Hero Reiji.
The two quickly abandoned Light, who had become a knight.
He was banished, both his mind and body in tatters from the Hero Reiji’s power and influence.
Light wandered aimlessly, shedding tears, and then made a decision.
